All private lesson students who report an absence with 24 hours minimum notice or greater have an allocation of three make-up lessons per school year (Sept-Jun). Your remaining allocation will be checked upon submitting this absence form to verify if this absence is eligible for a make-up lesson. If you have used your entire allocation up for the school year, no make-up lesson will be offered.

We do not offer make-up lessons for absences that are reported 24 hours or less before the start of the lesson. In this case, the lesson is forfeited. If this absence is a result of an emergency situation or a similarly extenuating circumstance, please provide details below or call us on (905) 320-3223 asap and we may be able to waive the forfeiture.
