Garment length is measured from the base of the collar straight down to the bottom of the hem.

Width:

The measurement for garment width is taken across the widest part of the chest, approximately 1″ below the armhole.

Sleeve Length:

The traditional measurement for sleeve length is from center back neck to the outer edge of the shoulder seam, then along outer edge to the sleeve hem.

NOTE: Some manufactures measure sleeve length from the shoulder seam to the sleeve hem.
